REFUND POLICY
HydraMouse is offered as a "try-before-you-buy" product.
A free trial version is available and allows users to fully evaluate
the software, its functionality, compatibility, and suitability for
their needs before making a purchase.
Users are strongly encouraged to download and test the trial version
prior to purchasing a license. The trial version is intended to
provide sufficient information to determine whether the software
meets the user's requirements.
Because of this, purchases are generally considered final.
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:
-the software cannot be installed or run on a supported system;
-a reproducible technical issue prevents the software from
functioning substantially as described, and the issue cannot be
resolved after reasonable support efforts.
Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:
-change of mind after purchase;
-the software not meeting personal expectations or subjective
preferences;
-accidental purchase after having access to the trial version;
-failure to review product information, documentation, or system
requirements prior to purchase.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to
support@hydramouse.com
and must include relevant details describing the issue.
Each request is reviewed individually. Refund eligibility is
determined based on the circumstances described above.
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time without prior
notice.
