This website and the software product “HydraMouse” are operated
by Novica Paunovic, a private individual based in Serbia
(“Developer”).

By purchasing or using this software, you agree to these Terms
and Conditions.
2. Product
HydraMouse is a downloadable desktop software application.
3. License
Upon purchase and registration, the user is granted a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
The full End User License Agreement (EULA),
which governs software usage, rights, and restrictions, is
presented to the user during installation and is also accessible
within the software after installation. The
EULA forms the complete legal agreement regarding the use of
the software.
4. Purchase and Delivery
After successful payment, the customer will receive an email
sent to the address provided during checkout containing:
download link to the full version of the software
username and registration key required to activate the software
Delivery is completed shortly after purchase, typically within
24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by a separate Refund
Policy available on this website.
6. Updates
Upgrades of the software, whether minor or major, are not
included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated
otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the
exclusive property of Novica Paunović. The software is protected
by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
The Developer makes no guarantees that the software will be
error-free or operate without interruption.
Use of the software is at the user’s own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use or inability to use the software.
10. Changes to Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time.
11. Relationship to the EULA
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of HydraMouse and
use of this website. Software usage is governed by the
End User License Agreement (EULA).
